Account Care: the account, watched week by week.

A rebuild is a day of work. An account is a year of it. Prices move in your zone, campaigns run past their date, menu rows go quiet, reviews pile up unanswered. Account Care is the month-by-month version of the read you already bought.

Account Care
$129per platform, per month

The weekly read, and the fixes that follow from it.

Account Care Plus
$249per platform, per month

Everything above, plus your Grab campaigns run by hand and a plan for the season.

Cancel anytime. Six months at the price of five, twelve at the price of ten. Each extra platform adds half a plan, not a whole one, because the benchmark and the calendar are shared.

Then, every month

Account Care

Whichever of the two you took, the account is now read and documented. Account Care keeps it that way: watched, adjusted and defended, week after week.

from $129/mo

Account Care needs an audit or a rebuild delivered in the last six months. Without a baseline and a benchmark, a weekly email about numbers nobody has interpreted is worth nothing.

The rhythm

What a month actually looks like.

  1. Every week

    We read eight numbers

Orders per trading day, gross and net per order, baskets above your threshold, rating and rating count, cancellations, refunds, and ad spend and orders by campaign.

  2. Every week

    You get one short email

What moved, what we changed, and what we are deliberately leaving alone this week. Two minutes to read.

  3. 2 to 3 weeks apart

    We move one lever

Never two at once on the same measure. It is slower, and it is the only way either of us can tell what worked.

  4. Every quarter

    You get it in writing

What changed on your account, what changed among the restaurants you are benchmarked against, and what changed in the fee stack.

The two plans

What each one covers.

Every month, on your account Account Care$129 /mo Account Care Plus$249 /mo
Weekly read of the eight numbers, in one email
Listing and menu adjustments, one lever at a time
Promo calendar held: end dates, thresholds, campaigns stopped
Menu hygiene each cycle: dead rows, new dishes, translations
Review replies drafted within two days
Refunds contested inside Grab's 7-day appeal window
Written quarterly review
Grab feed and keyword campaigns run by hand, against a return floor
Negative keywords pruned, terms that spend without converting cut
Season plan: festival and holiday windows, planned ahead
Merchant access required

On one account we read, the keyword campaign carried 219 terms that spent more than half the ad budget and produced no orders at all. That is not a setting you fix once. Plus is for accounts where the campaigns are big enough to be worth a hand on them every week.

What Account Care is not.

  • Not a photo service. You supply the photographs. We say which are missing, in what order they matter, and how to shoot them.
  • Not kitchen work. Portions, packaging and prep time are yours. We tell you when the data points at one of them.
  • Not a promise of results. No percentage, no ranking, no order count. We commit to what we watch and change, not to what the numbers do next.
  • Not your ad budget. What you spend on Grab campaigns is paid by you, to Grab. This fee buys the hand on the dial, not the spend.
  • Not a lock-in. Monthly, cancel anytime with a month's notice. The six and twelve month prices are a discount, not a contract you cannot leave.

Audited more than six months ago? Take a Second Read.

The same forensic read, on an account we have already audited or rebuilt, once you have applied the decisions. Half the price of a first audit, because the benchmark and the history are already ours. It is also the usual way back into Account Care.

Tell us which account to watch.

There is no checkout button on this page on purpose. Account Care only makes sense on an account we have already read, so we confirm the platform and the scope with you first, then send the subscription link.

  • A real operator replies, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
  • No card, no commitment at this step.
  • If your account is not ready for it, we will say so.
Which platforms are you listed on?

No payment now. We confirm the scope before anything is charged.

Quick questions before you commit.

If yours isn't here, email us, a real person answers.

Can I cancel?

Yes, monthly, with a month's notice. The six month price is five months of fee, the twelve month price is ten, so committing costs less, but the monthly plan is a real option and not a trap. Nothing we changed on your account is undone when you stop.

What do you change without asking me?

Reversible settings inside the scope you approved at the start: category and dish order, descriptions, promo end dates and thresholds, campaign budgets within the range you set, and replies to reviews. Anything that changes what you sell or what it costs, so prices, deletions, new dishes, a new campaign type, is proposed and waits for your yes.

Is it priced per platform?

Yes, like the audit and the rebuild. The first platform is the full price. Each additional platform adds half a plan, because the benchmark, the calendar and the season plan are shared across them, and only the account work is duplicated. GrabFood everywhere we work, plus foodpanda and LINE MAN in the markets they operate in.

How is this different from an agency retainer?

An agency retainer bills the same whether or not anyone read your numbers that month. Here, every month starts with the weekly read, and the email tells you what we changed and what we chose not to touch. If a month has nothing worth changing, the email says that too.

Keep the account tuned.

Tell us which account we read for you and which platform you want watched, and we'll come back with the scope and the subscription link. From $129 a month, cancel anytime.
