Account Check-Up Plus · We fetch the numbers, per platform

See exactly where your Grab account leaks money.

We read your Grab account the way the algorithm and your customers do, listing, menu, photos, pricing and promos, against the restaurants winning your zone, and hand you a ranked list of what to fix first.

Books at checkout Report in 5 business days

After you buy

What the next five days look like.

  1. 01

    You buy

We email you within the hour, with the two minutes it takes to add us to your Merchant account and a short questionnaire about your restaurant, your menu and how you run it.

  2. 02

    You let us in

Two minutes in your Merchant account: you add us as a user, and we go and fetch every export ourselves. We also email you a short questionnaire about your restaurant, your menu and how you run it, and that is the whole of your side.

  3. 03

    We read the account

Listing, menu, photos, pricing and promos, read the way a customer and the algorithm read them, against the restaurants winning your zone.

  4. 04

    You get the report

Five business days from the day we can get in: a private page and a PDF, every finding ranked by impact and effort, yours to keep. When it lands you may argue with it, and we answer every point, once.

What you actually receive

What the report looks like.

A private page, section by section, that ends in a decision list you work through one line at a time. This is the shape of it, not a sample of anyone's account.

The account

Volume and revenue month by month, the basket distribution, the full fee stack per order, what actually sells once giveaways are stripped out, hours against demand, customers, rating and every written review coded by theme, cancellations and late orders, each advertising campaign and each live promotion.

Listing, menu and photos

Cuisine and classification fields, store completion, the proposed category order with the reasoning behind it, the order of every dish inside its category, the rows to delete and the rows to keep despite zero sales, names, descriptions, and a shooting brief for the photographs you supply.

Prices, market and reach

A margin read per dish built on your own costs, the price moves and what each one costs you in margin, sets and add-on groups, promo thresholds and stop dates, a like-for-like price grid against the restaurants winning your zone, and the advertising plan.

Beyond the check-up

What we suggest but do not do: the kitchen-side routines, the review replies, the weekly numbers to watch. Named as out of scope rather than slipped into the bill.

What a check-up does not do

It does not promise a percentage.

No ranking, no order count, no uplift figure. We commit to what we read and what we rank, not to what the numbers do next.

It does not include photographs.

We specify them, prioritise them and place them. You shoot them.

It does not touch the kitchen.

Portions, packaging and prep time are yours. We say so when the data points at one of them.

It does not change anything for you.

We go into the account to read it, never to touch it: every finding is yours to action. If you would rather we made the changes, that is the Account Renovation.

Quick questions before you buy.

If yours isn't here, email us, a real person answers.

What do you need from me?

Two minutes in your Merchant account: you add us as a user, and we go and fetch every export ourselves. We also email you a short questionnaire about your restaurant, your menu and how you run it, and that is the whole of your side.

How long does the check-up take?

Five business days from the day we can get in, not from the day you pay. We email you within the hour with the two minutes it takes to add us.

What is the difference between the check-up and the renovation?

The check-up tells you what to fix and in what order; you make the changes. The Account Renovation includes the same read and then makes every change for you.

I had a check-up before. Do I pay full price again?

No. When an account we have already read needs reading again, once you have applied the decisions, we quote it by email: the benchmark and the history are already ours, so you pay for the reading and not for the setup.

Is it priced per platform?

Yes. $299 covers one platform and one location. GrabFood everywhere we work, plus foodpanda and LINE MAN in the markets they operate in. Additional platforms are quoted separately.

Stop guessing what to fix first.

A forensic read of your account with every line written out for you, and a ranked list of what to fix first, $299 per platform. You export nothing.
