Refund Policy
A clear answer to "what if it's not for me?". 30 days on the guide, scoped rules on services.
Digital guides (30-day guarantee)
The Method, Method + Toolbox, and Full Stack guides come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide within 30 days of purchase that the guide isn't right for your restaurant, email [email protected] with the email you used at checkout and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no questionnaires, no "tell us why". We trust you to make the call.
Consulting services
Consulting engagements (menu audits, full account audits, ongoing advisory) are refundable in full if you cancel before we start work — typically before the kickoff call. Once work has begun, refunds are pro-rated based on undelivered scope: we keep the value of what has already been done, and refund the rest. Any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. paid tools, design assets) are non-refundable.
Strategy calls
A strategy call is a paid 60-minute slot on the calendar. Once booked, the slot is held for you and not available to anyone else — for that reason, strategy calls are non-refundable. You can reschedule once at no charge, as long as you give us at least 24 hours' notice via email. No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit the call.
How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- Your order ID (it's on your Stripe receipt).
- The email used at checkout, if different.
- One line saying you'd like a refund (no explanation required for guides).
We process refunds within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe; depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional 3–10 days to appear on your statement.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available where prohibited by Stripe's terms of service (for example, on chargebacks already filed), where the original transaction has been reversed by the issuing bank, or where local law restricts refunds for digital goods that have been accessed. The guide license is also revoked when a refund is processed — please delete any local copies.
