Website & Strategy · Quoted per restaurant

Your own ordering site, at 0% commission.

Every repeat order on the apps pays commission again. The apps are how a customer finds you once. A direct channel is where you stop renting the ones who already know you. We build the site, and the plan that gets them to use it.

One order, two channels What reaches you · illustrative
ON THE APP ~25% you keep ~75% Commission, every order, including repeat ones ON YOUR OWN SITE you keep ~97% Card processing only. No commission, on any order.
Where the difference goes
  • 15 to 30% commission per order on the apps, depending on market and platform
  • 0% commission on your own channel, card processing aside
  • Every repeat order on the apps pays it again

Illustrative example. Commission and card fees vary by market, platform and processor, and this is not a promise of a result.

What's included

Built for a restaurant already selling on the apps. The direct channel runs alongside them, not instead of them.

  • A site built to convert, not just to exist. Fast, designed for your restaurant, not a drag-and-drop template with your logo on it.
  • Ordering that works on a phone. Menu, modifiers, pickup and delivery windows, and a checkout that does not lose people halfway.
  • Your own 0% channel. Every repeat order here is margin you keep, not 15 to 30% handed back to the apps.
  • Local SEO and positioning. Built to be found by the people already searching for you by name, and by the ones searching for what you sell.
  • The nudges that move regulars across. Inserts, QR codes, receipts and a reason to order direct next time, so the channel fills instead of sitting there.
From $1,500

Quoted per restaurant · 4 to 6 weeks from the go-ahead.

The work is not the same twice. A site for forty online orders a week is not the site for four hundred, and the menu, the modifiers, the languages and the payment methods all move the number. So we scope it first, quote once, and agree the price before anything starts.

4 to 6 weeks Scope agreed before anything is charged

Why we quote first

The price follows the work.

  1. 01

You tell us where you are

Your menu, and how many orders you already take online today. That number changes the build more than anything else on the brief: a site taking forty orders a week is not the site taking four hundred.

  2. 02

    We scope the work

Menu size and modifiers, pickup and delivery, how many languages, which payment methods your market actually uses, and whether you already have a domain, a brand and photographs.

  3. 03

    We quote it once

One price, one scope, in writing. Nothing starts, and nothing is charged, until you have agreed both.

  4. 04

    We build and launch

Four to six weeks from the go-ahead, then the direct channel runs alongside the apps rather than instead of them.

What we actually build

What goes into the site.

Every part of the channel we build, and what we do to it. This is the shape of the work; the scope of yours is what the quote settles.

The site itself

Structure, pages and copy written for a restaurant rather than for a template: who you are, what you sell, why someone should order here instead of tapping the app.

The menu and the ordering

Categories in the order that sells, modifiers and sets, pickup and delivery windows, and the rows that should not be on a direct menu at all.

Checkout and payments

A checkout that does not lose people on a phone, with the payment methods your market actually uses rather than the ones that look good on a feature list.

Local SEO and positioning

Found by the people searching for you by name, and by the ones searching for what you sell nearby. The part that keeps working after launch.

The move to direct

Inserts, QR codes, receipts and the reason to come back direct next time. A channel nobody is pushed towards stays empty.

What we need from you

Photographs, your menu and your prices, and your current online order volume. That last one is what makes the quote a real number rather than a guess.

What this does not do

It does not replace the apps.

It is not meant to. You pay the apps to discover a customer once, then own the relationship after that. Both channels run together, and the apps keep doing the job they are good at.

It does not remove card fees.

The commission goes; your payment processor still charges for taking money. 0% commission is not 0% cost, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.

It does not shoot your photographs.

You supply them. We say which pages and dishes need one, in what order they matter, and how to shoot them, then we place what you send.

It does not come with a fixed price.

The work differs by restaurant, which is the whole reason we quote. $1,500 is where it starts, not what it always costs.

Ask for a quote

Tell us what you sell, and how much of it you already sell online.

No payment now, and no call unless you want one. We read what you send, come back with the scope and one price, and nothing starts until you have agreed both.

  • A real operator reads it, usually within 24 to 48 hours
  • One scope, one price, in writing
  • Nothing is charged before you say yes

No payment now. We agree the scope and the price before anything is charged.

Quick questions before you ask.

If yours isn't here, email us, a real person answers.

Why can you not just give me a price?

Because the build is not the same twice. Menu size and modifiers, pickup and delivery, how many languages, which payment methods your market uses, whether you already have a domain, a brand and photographs, and above all how many orders you already take online: each of those moves the work. $1,500 is where it starts. The quote is what it actually is for you, agreed before anything begins.

Why do you need my current online order volume?

It is the single number that changes the build most. A site taking forty orders a week and a site taking four hundred need different checkouts, different kitchen handling and a different amount of hardening. Telling us early is what keeps the quote a real number instead of a range.

Do I still need the apps?

Yes, and we would tell you if you did not. The apps are how a customer discovers you the first time, and they are good at it. The direct channel is where the ones who already know you stop costing you commission on every repeat order. Both run together.

How long does it take?

Four to six weeks from the go-ahead, once the scope and the price are agreed. Photographs and menu decisions are usually what sets the pace.

Stop renting your own regulars.

Tell us what you sell and how much of it already goes out online. We come back with the scope and one price.
